Sapphira Privé is a premium aesthetic medicine and advanced beauty clinic based in Madrid. The goal was to develop a sophisticated digital presence that reflects their high-end services, ranging from laser treatments to advanced facial aesthetics. Using WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce, I built an integrated platform that serves as both an informative medical aesthetic portal and an e-commerce store for specialized beauty treatments and products.

Overview

The platform is designed to provide a seamless transition from service discovery to appointment booking. I focused on a minimalist, “gold-and-nude” color palette to evoke luxury and professionalism. Key features include a dynamic discount subscription system (10% off treatments), a comprehensive treatment catalog, and a direct booking integration (“Reserva tu cita”). The site is optimized to showcase the clinic’s “Ambiente Excelente” (Excellent Environment) and “Calidad Garantizada” (Guaranteed Quality).

Challenge

The main challenge was to balance medical authority with luxury branding. Aesthetic medicine requires a professional, clean look while still being visually attractive enough to sell beauty results. I had to ensure that the “Sales Funnel”—specifically the discount pop-ups and promotional banners (like the 20% off laser depilation)—felt integrated and not intrusive.

Another technical hurdle was optimizing the site for high-quality medical imagery and sophisticated layouts while keeping the load times low for mobile users in Spain.

Solution

I implemented a high-impact hero section with clear Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons to drive bookings. To boost user engagement, I integrated a lead-capture system (“Suscribirme Ahora”) that offers instant value through discounts. Using Elementor Pro, I designed custom icons for service features like “Tratamientos Top” and “Ambiente Excelente.” For the e-commerce side, I customized WooCommerce to handle specific treatment packages and aesthetic products, ensuring a secure and elegant checkout experience that matches the brand’s premium identity.

Results

The project delivered a premium, conversion-focused website that effectively positions Sapphira Privé as a leader in Madrid’s aesthetic market. The site has improved user retention and increased appointment bookings through its intuitive “one-click” navigation. The mobile-first responsive design ensures that clients can browse services and book treatments effortlessly from any device.
